What's amusing is actually what's written on the board. It's for a car washing service offered by immigrants from Bangladesh or Pakistan, I suppose. Obviously they couldn't spell correctly in Malay and English... :-D
Thanks for explaining, I'd never have figured it out. It's an interesting photograph with all the reds even with out the knowledge of the spelling errors.
